Muscular recovery after workouts is a great science fact, which many do not believe. It is because most people do not understand the tactics behind post workout recovery and muscle growth.
The reason that beginners do not get muscle growth quickly is that they are very anxious and workout a lot but in the end, the results they get are very less compared to advanced body builders.
Since they do not follow any techniques and cram up all day in the gym rigorously doing their workouts they end up in losing fat without any increase in lean muscle mass.
These hard gainers who work too much and lose their energy will come to know later that their muscles cannot recover after their earlier workouts.
The first thing we must understand is that only during rest our growth hormone, which is secreted by the body, has its effect on the muscle groups and acts on its growth. If we do not take this advice and give sufficient rest then we will gradually end up losing all our muscles without any gain in weight.
For this, we can allocate a whole week for giving the time to our muscle growth. We can do some light workouts without stressing our muscles too much like walking or jogging for sometime on the treadmill. We should not overwork but take rest and sleep well during this time.
The nutrients we take are also important for the muscle growth. We should have the right ingredients in our food that contains complex carbs that supply calories and proteins that add weight to our muscles.
This can include diet like fish, cereals, steamed chicken, boiled eggs, dried fruits, and vegetables. We must not take fried foodstuff that contain too much oil and can increase our body fat later.
Also, we must sleep well and avoid doing workouts before sleep since this will not allow us to sleep well. The average sleeping hours for normal human beings is 8 hours, which is the best way to get rest.
We shall have a small nap for around 30 minutes during daytime that can increase the energy levels of our muscles and help in post workout recovery.
We should take smaller meals for at least 5-6 times each day and it should be a balanced diet with all nutrients and we can take protein supplements such as protein shake in the middle to increase our energy.
