How Restless Leg Syndrome bothers
Restless Leg Syndrome generally causes sleep problem at night. People with RLS might not be able to sleep more than 5 hours at night. Moreover, discussing this problem with doctors becomes very difficult as there is no single sign describes it. People might describe it like any worm moving in the legs, tingling sensation, burning sensation etc.
Restless Leg Syndrome subsides while patients are moving but while they take rest lying or sitting it resumes.
How to prevent Restless Leg Syndrome
Preventive measure for this problem is little tricky. Iron intake might remove this problem while it is because of the iron deficiency. While pregnancy causing this problem these symptoms will disappear right after baby delivery.
Doctors give many suggestions to improve your sleep hygiene like taking warm bath before going to bed. Some more sleeping habit like removing television from the bedroom, keeping bedroom quiet and cool helps to remove the night sleep problem due to Restless Leg Syndrome.
