There happens a slight change in weather and you get afflicted with common cold and cough. You take a few tablets, get well and it comes back to you sooner than expected.

You don’t have to stomach down any high power chemical based medicines but use some stuff that is natural and easily available at your home. One of the simplest remedies to cure cough is to add some salt in your tea and have it twice a day. This remedy is so simple that you may tend not to believe on it, but once you try this, you will find the difference.

This remedy is quite effective and it easily dissolves the choking cough within your body and brings your voice to its original state within a few days. You can add some basil leaves in your tea to get relief from running nose or breathing problems.

Needless to say, you have to practice some restraint on the diet front. Avoiding soft drinks, pickles, oily and spicy food is the first thing to do. You might feel some temptation to have all such foods but there is no choice but to avoid them.
