So That You Get That Perfect Belly
If you really desire a flat, tout tummy, a lot of perseverance and commitment is needed from your side. It’s not easy but it’s not impossible too. It’s all the conscious effort to attain what you are striving for.
The most important thing
Be regular and have small and healthy meals. Instead of heavy deep fried, fatty, processed foods and pickles, opt for fresh vegetable salads, sprouts, soups, steamed foods and fruits with lots of fibers.
Prefer whole wheat products and cereals over the things that are made up of white sugar and white flour. Eliminate artificial sweeteners, refined and canned food items. It would help the body in proper digestion and de-toxification.
Say no to alcohol
It will become far easier to lose weight around your belly, if you come over this temptation. Excessive sugar and calories present in alcohol based beverages can ruin your overall diet plan.
Do not skip your meals.
Often to lose those extra pounds, we get tempted to skip the meals, assuming that it will help in burning fats. The body at that time tends to go in a saving mode. After few hours, we end up being even more hungry and tired. As a result, we eat more than required, consequently accumulating more and more fats.
Regular exercise
Needless to say that exercising is an important part of your flat tummy mission. Apart from improving your metabolism, regular work out can fight the stress and depression. Have sufficient warm up and go for the cardiovascular exercises that help in toning the mid-section.
Apart from following a diet plan, include some rich natural liquid foods in your routine. Have a glass of lukewarm water mixed with lemon juice.
Around 2-3 times in a day, sip some green tea with some lemon drops in it. Even if following the controlled diet plan for months doesn’t help, it’s time to see the doctor. There may be some hidden ailments pertaining to thyroid, astroparesis, or inflammatory bowels. So, find the problem and act on it to get a good belly shape.

I do like this: Go jogging 4 times this week for 20-30 minutes (you pick the pace that works for you). Then pick 3 days during the week to do 3 sets of 15-20 sit ups.
Keep this up, and we will watch our body go through a healthy transformation!!
