Sun Bath And Skin Care




Exposing yourself to sun is good, especially during winters. Still, you need to be careful as you can harm your skin health, and it requires some planning and knowledge.

However, if you are looking to get a tanned skin tone then it is fine with you, but if you have already got tanned skin or do not want UV rays to affect your skin at all, then you need to keep some tips in your mind. Make them your habit to keep away skin related troubles.

Needless to say, an investment in good sunscreen with SPF of forty or more is a must. Despite of slathering sunscreen lotion lavishly on sun exposed areas of the skin, some people do not find it useful enough and stop using it in long run. Most people think that it needs to be applied only once in a day, however, this may not be the case all the time.

If you are out in the sun for longer hours, you need to reapply it in every two hours. Do not forget to wash or wipe your face, neck and exposed areas of your hands with wet napkin, before re-applying the lotion.

Next obvious thing to use is a pair of sunglasses, which can save your eyes from harmful sunrays. Prefer investing in larger frames, which can cover one third of your face. It would also save your eyes from pre-term aging.

With sunglasses you also need a big broad round hat. It can really help those who are continuously out in the sun. Even if you remove the sun glasses, hat can protect your eyes.

This was all about the things you can use, but this is not all done. In the evening, apply aloe vera gel all over the exposed area of the skin. This would give you cooling effect and repair the damaged skin. You can easily take out the gel from leaves and store it in a jar. Mix it in any face pack and apply it all over your face and neck for clearer skin.
