Personal habit is nothing but washing hand, brushing teeth, taking care of your nail etc. Personal hygiene involves any kind of hygiene maintenance what you do to make yourself clean from outside and inside.
Steps to your personal hygiene
Certain steps you should always follow to ensure your good personal hygiene:
Take bath regularly: Taking care of the cleanliness of the skin and hair is very important part of the personal hygiene. If your body and hair is not properly washed at least at regular interval then they might get damaged with various illnesses. Shampooing hair and washing body if not everyday but at certain interval is very imperative.
Brushing and flossing: Taking care of oral health is very necessary. Otherwise, yellowish teeth and bad breath can throw a wrong impression about you. Thus, brush twice a day and floss properly while brushing. If possible wash your mouth from inside after taking any meal that will keep bacteria other germs away from your mouth and teeth. Brushing teeth and flossing not only prevent tooth or gum problem they also prevent heart disease. It means that any bacteria causing gum disease can directly go to the heart and cause severe valve problem. Thus, at least twice a year you should go to the dentist.
Scrub your feet: Scrub your feet while taking shower with the help of pumice stone and shape your toe nails. Also clean your nails regularly.
Wash hands: Whenever you eat or do some works then don’t forget to wash your hand. Also take care of your nails of the hand.
Take good night sleep: Taking good night sleep at least 8 to 10 hours is also included in your personal hygiene. It will keep you away from diseases like depression, immune system problem and that can affect your mind and body a lot.
Thus, practicing good personal hygiene, checking up with the doctor at a certain interval, taking right amount of sleep and going for proper diet always ensure you with healthy life.
