Start your eye make-up by dabbing on an extremely light foundation. You can also use a concealer to camouflage those half moons under your eyes. This must be followed up by dusting translucent powder on the eye lids.

Take a soft eye pencil and start outlining your eyes. Make sure that the eye pencil is sharpened as a blunt or broken pencil can ruin your make-up. Begin one-third of the way along the upper and lower lids as close to the eyelashes as you can possibly manage. Thereafter, use a cotton bud to blind the line across.
