Please be aware that moisture and darkness breed bacteria. As your feet are covered with socks and shoes most of the time, you are providing a convenient place for bacteria to breed. It will be ideal to soak your feet in brewed cold tea on a regular basis. Before putting on socks ensure to dry your feet thoroughly. Look for shoes that facilitate ventilation and keep the sweat to a minimum level.
