Treating knee pain from its roots

Again, do not rely on calcium tablets, and strike out the natural sources of calcium for yourself. For this purpose, you can enhance your intake of milk and milk products including cheese, butter, buttermilk, curd, etc. You should also take green and leady vegetables in plenty, and this will help you in dealing with your knee pain, to a significant extent.
