Treatment For Damaged Hair

This will increase blood circulation to the scalp and improve the overall health of your tresses. Next, you must invest in a warm oil massage at least thrice a week. This not only nourishes the hair but also lends shine and vigor to it.

Do not comb or brush your hair when it is damp as this will cause the strands to break. You must also use a good hair conditioner with an SPF of 15 or more to protect it from sun damage.
