In this case, you can go for toned milk and related products. Otherwise, there are always the chances of putting up weight, and you should avoid that.
It is seen that protein rich diet is low in carbohydrates and so, you may feel some lack of energy during the day. In this case, you have to balance it with some carbohydrate rich foods such as banana and nuts.
