You can practice yoga for keeping your nose clean. There is an exercise under which you have pass plain water across your nostrils. You have to keep your head downwards and pour water from one nostril in a way that it comes out from the other one smoothly.
You have to breathe from your mouth in this case. This act seems to be very technical but is very simple, once you learn the right technique. It cleans your nose passage in a very effective manner. You can add salt to the plain lukewarm water to enhance the effect. The best part is that it is a purely natural way of cleaning up respiration passage.
