Eischens yoga practioners advocate the practice of this form of yoga for any beginners who are interested in it. How different is it from regular yoga?
Ordinary yoga does not use any props to exercise the body but Eischens Yoga uses props to create and support the asanas in the routines. The asana are also designed to energize and balance different parts of the body while getting the body into top shape for athletics and controlling muscle tension and pain.
The asanas are combined with deep breathing, relaxation and mediation and are also carried out much faster as compared to normal yoga routines. This accelerated routine ensures that the practioner eventually gains much stronger core body strength that is ideal for athletics.

Any exercise if done well will benefit the human body. But Eischens Yoga works well for nearly every beginner.
