Spinach is considered to be good for liver especially in cirrhosis condition. For this, one can take 200 ml of spinach juice. You can add 300 ml of carrot juice in that to enhance the efficacy. It is a common home remedy for cirrhosis of liver.

One of the most effective herb is Eclipta alba. This is available in the herbal shop. You can take extract of this herb and consume 1 tsp with same quantity of honey. Avoid food made up of refined wheat flour. Pizza, bread and burgers belong to this category and hence are to be avoided by any means.

Milk products are to be taken with caution.

this information is very useful for everybody,especially suffering cirrhosis of liver.
MY DAD died of heart attack 3 months before and my mom suffering cirrhosis of liver and gall baladder stones. Im very much worried about her ,now i got little relief after reading this bcose i think she can get relief after trying these...thanks alot!!!
