whenever my blood pressure goes up, i use raw, grated garlic and put it in plain water (NOT heated or boiled water), let it stand for 1 minute and then i strain it with a sieve and drink it at bedtime. overnight my pressure goes down and at bedtime the garlic breath does not offend anyone and disappears while working as i sleep.
