Drink hot tea, water (not too hot to burn your mouth) regularly the day and night before your period begins. On day of period continue to take hot liquid regularly (drink it quickly, do not sip). Warning it must not be to hot to burn you, You must be able to drink it with ease. Keep your body warm especially if it is cold. Eat regular at meal times at least 3 days before your period to avoid gas build up and ensure you use the toilet as normal. Use a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel under your back at night. Warning: ensure you lock the bottle properly and tightly and do not fill it up, just about half or less than half bottle of water. Too much water in the bottle can cause accident when you lie on it.
This may not work for everyone but try it atleast for 3 months before you give up.
