Premature ejaculation (PE) means 'coming too quickly'. In most cases it does matter - because it makes people unhappy and frustrated.
Premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual dysfunction. According to research, it reveals it affects about one in five men ages 18 to 59 in USA.
The two causes of premature ejaculation are; Inexperience and Anxiety. Some doctors believe that early sexual experiences, especially those in which you may have hurried to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered, may establish a lifelong pattern. However, biological factors also may also be the cause factors.
The first and most important thing to learn is how to strengthen your pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) or love muscle. This muscle is the major muscle of contraction in male and female orgasm. Strengthening the PC muscle helps to strengthen your erection and increase the sensations of your climax. Strengthening the PC muscle is one of the greatest lovemaking secrets a man can know.
Masturbating before intimate contact helps a lot of men who tend to complain of premature ejaculation. The first step to lasting longer is to become familiar with oneself. Be comfortable with your body, its sensations, and the feelings leading up to orgasm. You should learn and be able to predict when the orgasm will occur. This will prevent it from creeping up on you and taking you by surprise.
Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.
After the squeeze is released, wait for about half a minute, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.
If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
There are several ways to do kegel exercises. One method requires you to have a full bladder, sit on the toilet and start to urinate, then suddenly clamp down and stop the flow. Start and stop several times in a row. If you can’t cut off the flow of urine, but dribble on, you need to start kegel exercises for sure. From now on, every time you urinate start and stop all the way. This is often called “the faucet” and is a good indicator of your progress.
You can also do kegels right at your desk, even right now. Tighten your PC muscles and hold for a count of eight, then slowly release and repeat 8 times. Yes, you can do these sitting at the computer or at your desk at work or school. (But don’t let that distract you from your teacher or boss of course). If you can’t make it to eight or ten in the beginning, use a lower number and do those until you build up to ten.
Stop and start Method: This is the most common technique used in psychosexual therapy. Practise stimulating yourself to the point just before ejaculation, then stop. Start again when the sensations have subsided. Repeat this three times. You should find the length of time before each stop gets gradually longer.
Change positions. During intercourse, try the stop-and-start technique when the sensations become strong. When you're more confident, try changing positions rather than stopping.
