HARRYT masturbation come frequently
Dear sir/ma TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI am harry,from nigeria 23years of age,am a student,live in lagos nigeria,i need your help on the issue of masturbation. I masturbate 3 times a day and it bothers me so much i don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t no how to reduce it.and what to do because it keep coming . so please i am really in need of solution to my problem .awiate your reply.YOUR SINCERELY.HARRY.

Hello, Thanks for your kind consideration. According to Ayurveda, masturbation in excess is certainly harmful to the body. This may end up in weakness, debility, curvature of the organ, backache, hair loss, pain in scrotum and pelvic region and in some of the worst cases, even premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction or infertility. You must control masturbating and for this, you can practice yoga and pranayama. You should also go for meditation that help building willpower and help making decision quick and firm to follow. You can have your virility and power back by using Kohinoor Gold and Butea Superba Gel that helps nurturing your reproductive system and organ internally and externally. Reduce your spice/oil intake and also give up junk/canned/packed foods. Include fresh vegetables and fruits to help your problem.
