	nope! i believe that acne has particular reason for occurring, masturbating, being certainly not among them. acne has to do something with hormonal imbalance. if you are a teenager you may get it. if you are a young, you still may get it. once your hormones are settled and not flickering anymore, you may not get acne and the existing ones may go off. also, heredity plays significant role there. if your parents had it, you may have it. if you are using greasy or oily cosmetics, give them up. also, take care of your face and wash it with no synthetic material, use natural soap, cleanser in stead. i think Morpheme Neem plays good role as reported. it is internal cleanser. yes, constipation may cause acne and for this, take care that you have good bowel movements, regular. you can go for Triphala to tackle this problem if you have
