Natural Remedies For Skin Care Neem Capsules (Azadirachta indica )

Shuddha Guggulu Capsules (Commiphora mukul)

Herbal Remedies:

Neem (Azadirachta indica ):

One of the most powerful blood purifiers and detoxifiers in Ayurvedic usage, Neem is often used to maintain healthy skin. There is plenty of scientific backup for Neem's immune enhancement properties as a booster of the macrophage's effectiveness. Neem is used for external applications in skin diseases. Scientific studies indicate that Neem boosts the immune system by energizing lymphocytes cells to respond to infection and other challenges to the body's immunity.

Shuddha Guggulu Capsules (Commiphora mukul): One of the most famous herbs in Ayurvedic medicine, Guggul possesses strong purifying and rejuvenating powers. It can cure Skin Diseases like Eczema, Skin Rashes and other skin problems.

Dry Skin

Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 teaspoons milk. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Make a puree of 1 banana and 1 papaya, peach or avacado. Apply to skin. Leave on for at least 20 minutes then rinse with warm water, followed by a moisturizer of natural margarine or natural vegetable oil.

Mix the yolk of one egg, two teaspoons of orange juice, a few drops of sweet almond oil and half a spoon of lemon juice. Mix well, beat and apply. Wash your face after 30 minutes.

Normal Skin

Add 3-4 tablespoons of oatmeal to the juice of a grapefruit. Mix to thick paste. Spread on face and leave on 15 minutes, remove with warm water.

Mash up a very ripe banana. Add just enough honey to make a soft pulp. Apply over face and hair. Feel a lightning procleain effect on your skin.

Dip two large lettuce leaves in olive oil and sprinkle on them a few drops of lemon juice. Place them on both sides of your face, and then cover them with a towel dipped in mineral water. Wipe your face with a cotton ball soaked in warm milk, then rinse with boiled warm water.

Oily Skin

Take 2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almonds, 2 tablespoon dried lavender with 2 cups of white cosmetic clay. Grind oats, almonds and herbs to a very fine powder in blender. Mix ground herbs with clay. mix 1 tablespoon of the of mixture with water and apply on ace. Remove after 15- 20 minutes.

Take 50 ml. of tomato juice, and mix some one teaspoonful of lemon juice in it. Apply the mixture to the face and neck.

Grate an apple finely and then add about 4 tablespoons of honey. Mix it well and apply it to your face. Rinse after 10 minutes.

Face Cleansers

Grate one cucumber, and strain to the cucumber juice. Add curd to it and form a paste. Apply this paste over face and neck and wash it after 15 minutes.

Take two teaspoons of yogurt and add half teaspoon honey to it. Stir well. Apply this over your face and gently massage. Remove it with water after 15 minutes.

For oily skin, blend together 2 tablespoons coarse oatmeal, 2 tablespoons bentonite clay, 1 teaspoon lemon peel powder and 1/4 teaspoon neem powder in fresh yogurt and apply on face.

Take half a cup of unboiled cold milk. Dab a piece of cotton in it and apply it cirucularly on your face.

Nourishing The Skin

Soak a teaspoon of urad dal and 5-6 almonds overnight. Grind this to a fine paste .Apply this protein mask on face and wash it off after half an hour. This mask nourishes the facial skin and also enhances the complexion.

Herbs such as Manjistha, Marshmallow root and Turmeric are good for nourishing the skin.

Preventing Wrinkles

Application of pure castor oil prevents wrinkles and softens the skin. This slows down the aging process also.

Natural Sunscreen Lotion

Prepare a mixture of cucumber juice, glycerine and rose water. Apply this mixture on face and remove after 15 minutes.

Dark Circles

Dark Circles can be removed by applying peeled and grated potato overnight at least three times a week.

Make cotton pads and dip them in cucumber juice. Place on your eyes for 15 minutes. The effect is cooling and relaxes your eyes.

Massaging eyes with almond oil is of great help. Massage at bed time daily, and in two weeks you will see the difference.

Lip Care

Grate raw coconut and squeeze milk out of it. Apply this milk over your lips and face. It adds grace to your skin. You will get a glowing skin.

Eat plenty of raw carrot or cucumber. It smoothens your lips and also adds grace to your skin.
