Ten Most Common Candida Symptoms
Candida is the name given to the yeast Candida Albicans. This yeast is present in the body and gets out of control by way of unhealthy, processed foods and consuming high amounts of refined sugar packed in such foods. As this yeast infection increases, it produces various symptoms which affect the body to a larger extent.

Itchy Skin
This is the most common symptom of candida. A patient normally complaints of itchiness in various parts of the body like hands, feet, under the breasts, in the anus area, under the diapers of the babies. This may at times lead to diseases such as eczema, acne or psoriaris. It is usually found in areas with less ventilation and more moisture. Fungal infection of the skin and nails are also seen.
