	tetanus is contagious, take care for that. i think you should take a tetanus injection to lessen chances of geting infected. vaccine is available.

	I think it is not safe to use any products while breastfeeding. it might stuck to nipple then can travel to your infant.

	i think you need to continue applying that cream and also to have some internal anti-fungal course. this will help as such infections are solely due to fungus
