Next time you feel your man is developing a fat body, don’t sit back and criticize, instead try to motivate him and see how it works. Now you may ask how to motivate, well here are 10 top motivators.

1.    Plan and make a routine of the workouts that suits him. Everyday check for tallying the same.

2.    Pack his gym bag in advance so that he will have no excuses to offer, also if he is too busy to come home put the bag in his car. This way he won’t fail you.

3.    Tell him which feature of his annoys you most and how it will make a difference if he corrects it. It is an instant motivator.

4.    at times when he just wont pull it off, make a hot cup of coffee and take a walk with him to your nearest park or mall. This way you can always have exercise and fun at the same time.

5.    By this time you must know which workouts he will enjoy and which he hates, ask him to do the appealing tasks first and then rest will follow.

6.    Always try to accompany your man to the gym. Sharing a common work environment helps to connect emotionally and you can achieve your reward sooner. Plus this will do well to your figure as well.

7.    Show him how much fat he has by pinching his abdomen, it will motivate beyond imagination. Additionally a body—fat test should be done in every alternative month. Results can motivate as well.

8.    Keep a strict eye on his trainer if he is casual then replace him. This will show how serious you are about his health.

9.    If the results of the workout don’t show physically, it might de motivate him. Measure weekly and praise him for every mm lost.

10. Read stories of fat people becoming thin together this way he can have a positive attitude.
