Are you feeling discontented keeping your child in the day care centre when you are at your workplace? Has it become a serious concern for you hampering your concentration towards work? There is no denying the fact that your child is the apple of your eye and you are bound to worry about his well being.

It’s very obvious that you need somebody to take care of him while you are gone for work, be it nanny, a babysitter or a day care center. But now there is a good news giving you freedom from this worry- it’s called “Three-Step Sitter Monitoring Process”.

Keeping in mind the First Step (Compare), it’s very important to watch your child’s behavior when you are dropping her to the day care center, if you notice any indifference, be alert. You should watch the care provider’s energy, enthusiasm which matters a lot to your child because the more her energy level drops, the less stimulation your child gets. Give time to find out whether she is having any bruises or swelling or cuts in her body or is he not eager to eat anything.

If you get any kind of warning signs indicating ill-treatment like a sea-change in your child’s behavior or conduct, becoming too much aggressive or constantly screaming when you have reached the day care center to engage her for the day, get the indication that she is not hale and hearty there.

Then comes Step Two (Communicate), which states that interaction with the care provider related to your child is very important. Understand from her reply when you ask questions like whether there were any problems handling your child throughout the day or not. If she goes on emphasizing the child’s fault only which does not sound logical to you, you know what to conclude out of it. Step Three (Scrutinize), guides you by drawing your attention to the fact that you must give a sudden visit to the care centre to get a glimpse of the actual happening and being friendly with other parents out there can lessen your worries a lot.

So, now you working mothers lock your tensions and qualms and fears in the closet as you know what is to be done to balance your world.
