4 Reasons You Are Not Slimming Down
Have you been trying out a lot of plans and programs to slim down but you are not. You need to do a bit of research and find out what works best for you. Here are some tips that you may find outright useful. Try them out and emerge slim and trim in your new looks.
LIQUID CALORIES
Juices and other soft drinks contain substantial calories, yet the brain doesn’t identify them as food and hence they cannot kill hunger. So, you end up consuming extra calories.
Solution – water is the healthiest drink. You can at most have 8 ounces of pure water per day and avoid juice drinks.
WHEN DID I EAT?
At times we forget that we had taken junk food here and there, say while watching TV. It happens because these are not a part of proper meal and are not that filling. But it does add to the calorie intake
Solution – keep a record of every bite you take and maintain it for a week at least. It will help you to discover the problems.
INACTIVITY
You workout in the gym and feel satisfied throughout the day thinking that maintaining your body is done and you do not need to stress yourself anymore. You end up being lethargic and not doing enough work throughout the day.
Solution – workout + 10000 steps a day is a necessity. You can buy a pedometer for measuring your steps.
EXTRA CALORIES WHICH CANT BE DONE WITHOUT
At times we feel that we can’t do without that one slice of cheese pizza or that one bite of rich chocolate. Life may come to a halt without it. We don’t realize that it may take 45 minutes of extra exercise to neutralize those additional calories.
Solution – try to control your tongue. In case you cannot, then cut down on your calories you take from other junk sources which you don’t enjoy that much. This will help to maintain the balance.
