Many common myths go with Cellulite problems like cellulite is a common occurrence to obese people only or workouts are no solution to it, but drinking water is! Cellulite, often narrated as ‘mattress’ and an ‘orange peel’ is a skin alteration, often resembling cottage cheese, is actually a dimpled fat deposit, appearing in the thighs, butt and lower abdomen, most commonly found in women than men, as women’s fat cells are not as densely connected in supporting fibres as men’s ( as opined by the author of The Cellulite, the London based medical practitioner Dr Elizabeth Dancey ) Mostly fat, cellulite forms due to improper circulation and lack of drainage. Sticking to your sofa could be a threat as these ugly dimpling results from fibres tightening on fat cells due to motionless way of life.
