8 cellulite dos and don’ts
Many common myths go with Cellulite problems like cellulite is a common occurrence to obese people only or workouts are no solution to it, but drinking water is! Cellulite, often narrated as ‘mattress’ and an ‘orange peel’ is a skin alteration, often resembling cottage cheese, is actually a dimpled fat deposit, appearing in the thighs, butt and lower abdomen, most commonly found in women than men, as women’s fat cells are not as densely connected in supporting fibres as men’s ( as opined by the author of The Cellulite, the London based medical practitioner Dr Elizabeth Dancey ) Mostly fat, cellulite forms due to improper circulation and lack of drainage. Sticking to your sofa could be a threat as these ugly dimpling results from fibres tightening on fat cells due to motionless way of life. That cellulite is a genetic disorder, is no far from the truth. But may be that your Mom or even Granny has cellulite, still speaking, hormones, workout and proper diet can definitely come in handy against it. Also, the most common belief of associating cellulite to being plump needs to be thrown out of your mind.
In fact, this could be most exasperating at times! But you should understand that there’s no base to it, from the very fact that over 80 percent of western women who has cellulite include numerous lean people and supermodels! Tyra Banks could be a real example to this. Definitely watch your weight to avoid ‘yo-young’ the causal factor for connective tissue stretches. For, this could add to the cellulite problem. At the same time, too much shedding is not suggested as it might hardly create any change in your cellulite status. Treatments include liposuction as well as Non-surgical; Cellulite creams, Body wraps, Endermologie, Mesotherapy, Diet and Message, Exercise.
