Your life is determined by the food you eat. Though we are too eager to get into shape and live a healthy life rarely one finds a man who eats healthy and remain fit. You may create a fuss over healthy and diet food but the fact is that they are not at all difficult to get. Even they are available at the regular market so there is no reason for you  not to get a good eating habit. Here is a long list of the 8 most essential nutritious foods you should eat everyday.

Spinach: may be quite ugly looking and “vegetableish” but the fact is that they are the richest source of omega 3 and folate. Apart from being a great muscle building material folate is also very helpful to for healthy sex life as it increases blood flow in the penis and prevent you from going soft at the ultimate moment.

Yogurt: One of the richest source of calcium they are also loaded with probiotic microbes that actually help in digestion and boost your immunity. However there is a catch. All the yogurt available in the market are not pro biotic so see the label for active micro organisms.

Tomato: One of the cheapest vegetables in the market yet one of the richest source of anti oxidants that prevents premature ageing, falling eyesight and also prevents different types of cancer. Take 8red tomatoes per day to lead a risk free life. Who would have though that such a small vegetable is that much loaded.

Carrots: Full of low density carotinoids that are anti cancer, anti heart attack and anti arthritis. It is also full of vitamin A that helps in the protection of retina and maintains good eyesight.

Blueberry and Black Beans: They are known as brain chargers as they have proven to boost the falling memory along with age. Apart from this blue berries prevent cancer, diabetes and being anti oxidant also fights premature ageing.

Walnuts: Rich in omega 3 and polyphenols. They are very good as post exercise snack.

Oats: Rich in soluble fibre that helps reducing cholesterol, and the risk of heart attack. They also have high percentage of carbohydrates but they are released slowly in the body reducing the harmful effects of carbohydrates.
