Afterplay – a relaxation technique

September 8, 2008

A little afterplay is soothing for almost all women but for some men it could be tiresome. Anyway, this piece of information is for both men and women. Falling asleep in the arms of each other can be a perfect ending to a wonderful sexual intercourse. A gentle touch, some bit of afterplay leaves each other contented and it could play up for some more sex. For most couples it means a relaxing activity while cuddling and talking to each other and also stimulation for further lovemaking. Intercourse is an intimate experience and it also helps to express oodles of love and care for the partner. A lot of couples feel very close after sex.

But often for couples who have made love to each other perhaps a thousand times would not feel so close after sex. This is of course a relaxation method when couples can unwind and share with each other their problems and their happiness. Although foreplay is a lot more engrossing and captivating experience there is the aftermath of a strange feeling of oneness and belonging and peace in the afterplay session. For women who do not reach orgasm afterplay helps to get over the frustration. There is no need to shy away from the partner in such cases and stay apart from one another just after the sexual encounter is over. In fact, it is perfectly all right for a woman to share with this lover, what she likes and in what way would she actually reach the orgasm. Men usually reach their orgasm faster than woman while women take some time to reach orgasmic heights. In some cases she never reaches it at all.

Therefore, afterplay serves as the time for holding cuddling, relaxing and listening to music with some pillow talking included. This is a wonderful relaxing session for the lovers. A good morning sex and a prolonged afterplay is the start to a wonderful day ahead.
