There are many people who suffer from asthma or allergic rhinitis. It is sneeze and cough associated with runny nose and eyes that happens just before your conference in office or an important interview. Kids also suffer a lot with these symptoms and the parents try to keep the children from getting too dirty. One thing must be realized that the environment is clean. The immune cells in the body that the kids are kept away from and not exposed to soil microbes have very poor immunity. That’s because they lose out on the immunity that is much needed. Many children and adults are denied this environmental exposure. There is over sterilization of everything – soaps, lotions and shower gel. The soil is also purified and sterilized by using herbicides and pesticides which make matters even worse. Next time, don’t be afraid when your children are playing in the garden in the dirt. That gives them a wonderful opportunity to get immunity.

The immune systems need exposure regularly to the organisms in the soil. This is meant for health long time. If the kid is not exposed to the environmental features throughout life, then his immune system would overreact to these organisms when they are exposed to them later in life. This leads to the development of asthma, autoimmune diseases and all sort of allergies. This is true for both children and adults.
Planning a garden with the kids is a handful of job to be engaged in the afternoons. You would create a lovely place to think, to sit and this would be your own garden free of herbs and vegetables. You can leave the gloves aside and not wear them at all. Digging without gloves on would expose you to the healthy organisms useful for developing the immunity in you and your kids for a healthier and longer life.
