LIGHT BUT HEALTHY OPTIONS: Love to gorge on pizzas? Make sure to order for a vegetable one instead of a chicken. Something fried is in any case a better choice than that of an extra-cheesy pizza. Avoid popping burgers now and then. They amount for that fast flab in your body.
MAKE SMART AND HEALTHY CHOICES: Avoid gulping those colored drinks. Instead go in for flavored iced tea. It tastes pretty much like cola and is healthy too! Fresh lime soda with salt is a better substitute to that with sugar. It makes one feel fresh and doesn’t amount for many calories.
DRINKS MATTER: Avoid that creamy cup of coffee. Instead go in for filter coffee containing a minimum amount of sugar, which is healthier.
GORGE ON FRUITS: Fruits are a healthy substitute to fast food. Have fruit salad with low fat yoghurt to appease that fast food hunger! You can also choose fresh fruit juice over milk shakes. Fruit juices are healthier and cut down on a lot of calories.
SAY YES TO GELATO: Gelato is a better choice than creamy ice creams! So indulge in jellies than in ice creams.
LOW FAT MILK: If you are a milk lover, make sure you’re having low fat milk. Slim milk is available in the market and is perfect if you want to cut down on that extra flab.
Fast food isn’t that bad if you can choose them smartly. If you choose your diet smartly and ensure that it’s healthy, it’s sure to have a positive impact on your body. So, you need not succumb to boring low fat food, just make smart choices!
