Even blend of 2 drops frankincense, 1 drop Lemon and 2 drops of Jasmine or Neroli. But additional care and therapy is suggested in extreme cases of depression wherein special care is needed. Aromatherapy is a very natural way which includes herbs and oils like Bergamot, Clary Sage, Geranium, Neroli, and Jasmine to give us an uplifting mood by treating tension, depressive mood, and insomnia.
