Beauty, an asset for any woman
Beauty is something that comes from within. It is simply not enough to look and feel beautiful. Your personality, attitude and even your confidence contribute to the way you look and create impression on others particularly on the members of the opposite sex. However in spite of the inner beauty you must also keep yourself healthy and cheerful and should always be happy.
Regular beauty care should always be maintained to along with proper lifestyle to look and feel beautiful and when you know that you are looking gorgeous you develop your own personal beauty and style statement. Meditation is a perfect way to start your day that will keep you rejuvenated, cheerful and calm throughout the day. Not only should that it always be accompanied with a very healthy ad good breakfast consisting mainly of cereals, milk and high fiber diet. High fiber reduces toxins in the body and helps to cleanse the body. Perfect eating habit is the secret of true and beautiful skin and health. Avoid heavy meals and instead break up the meals into small sections and do not remain in empty stomach for more than three hours. Junk food and burgers are high in cholesterol and harmful fatty acids and they not only cause different types of health problems but are also responsible for different skin problems like pimples, rashes etc. Apart from this avoid cheap and heavy makeup and always use a good sunscreen before exposing yourself to the sun. Another thing that you should always keep in mind is that your hair needs care too and do not forget to shampoo twice in a week and apply conditioner and hair packs at least once in month. Lastly be happy and never feel depressed. A beautiful smile can make up for many defects in you.
