Coconut Oil for Hair
Are you sick of dry and damaged hair? Tired of seeing your precious hair, literally going down the drain? We can use any and every product in the market but the results are same. They can give us immediate shine, but the healthy sheen and strength in the hair are always missing. But hair can only be really healthy and beautiful when they are nourished from inside.
That’s why I always recommend putting coconut oil in hair. I know what you are thinking? Coconut oil is for cooking tropical food, not for hair care! But you are wrong. Coconut oil is also an amazing and completely natural product for hair care which ensures decrease in hair fall and a well-conditioned scalp.
You can use it to massage your scalp and hair. Just like the rest of the skin, our scalp also needs regular moisturizing; otherwise it becomes dry and flaky. This is the most common cause of dandruff and hair fall in people. A dry scalp slowly loses the strength to hold hair in their cuticles and dandruff make hair unmanageable. By putting coconut oil in your hair, you not only moisturize the scalp but also stimulate hair cuticles.
You can massage this oil in your hair in the night and then shampoo the next morning. You will instantly see a healthy shine in your hair. Oiling hair before shampooing also reduces the hair fall during the wash. If you have dry dandruff, then coconut oil is a miracle cure for you.
Coconut oil can also be used as a leave in conditioner. Take a little amount of this oil in your palms, rub them and then massage your hands in to your hair. Make sure that you cover the full length of your hair. This will be the best and most natural conditioner you have ever used. But make sure to apply it when the hair is damp.
With regular use, you will find your hair much softer, shinier and stronger.
