How many of you are aware of the fact that your mood’s are directly affected with the color that you select for your room? Here’s Dr. Spam elucidating on how to stir up your feelings through crafty color selections.

Extensive study show that our moods are subject to deep influence with our immediate surroundings. For instance, glaring lighting arrangements often make us feel irritated compared to soother lighting arrangements which give us a calm feeling. Too much of unnecessary noise is strenuous and irksome while a low-tune ‘hum’ in the background provides tranquility. In fact even the dimension of the room can make one feel everything from suffocated to enlightened.

But how is your emotion and frame of mind affected by the colors? Your state of mind can vary or be influenced by color. Colors have the power to either completely change your state of mind or reduce your mind-state in which it is in.
