Here are some useful health tips for everyday life:

-Take 5 basil leaves daily, to stay away from diseases like Typhoid and hepatitis.

-For menstrual disorders, drink a mixture of egg and gingelly oil, for three days.

-Keep a clove on the affected area to get rid of tooth ache.

-For cough relief, take boiled juice of Malabar nut leaves and egg.

-Remember, a gooseberry a day, keeps menstrual pain away.

-Ginger powder with cumin and sugar relieves cough too.

-Throat irritation can be cured by honey and mustard paste.

-Drinking a glassful of water with a pinch of cardamom powder helps relief from urinary infection.

-Stomach pain relief comes from Chewing some cumin and sugar.

-If you are suffering from cold, have a mixture of honey and lemon juice.

-Drinking at least five glasses of water in the morning helps getting rid of bad breath.

-Put a few drops of pomegranate juice into your nostrils, it helps immediate stoppage of nose bleeding.

-Take a grain of salt, two basil leaves, and a pinch of pepper powder and press on the base of tooth that aches. Instant relief!

-Adding some basil leaves in your bathing water before you take a bath will cure from minor rashes on the skin.

-Few drops of honey mixed with water gives relief from fever and cough in case of kids.

-While you are pregnant, drinking saffron added to milk increases the chance of having a fair baby.

-Carrot and tomato juice mixed with a little honey is a very good tonic for your kids.

-One teaspoon of the powdered skin of pomegranate taken with a glass of water in the morning will purify the blood.

-Chew raw guava leaves. It is an instant cure for diarrhea.

-For throat infections, drink basil leaves water everyday.
