Insomnia is a very common disease for human beings, especially women. It is a disease that prevents a person from having sound sleep. Most of the women have this problem ever in their life. This disease troubles a person especially he is suffering from any particular kind of mental pressure. Due to this frequent tussle in the mind, he fails to calm down his mind completely.

Actually these frequent ups and downs create a heavy anxiety on your mind as a result of which you fail to sleep. A mental stress that that occurs due to any reason that is not permanent can be cured as soon as this reason is either met or removed. This type of insomnia is called short term insomnia.

I know one lady who was very eager to get married as she felt that her ideal age for getting married was getting away. That mental stress worked a reason for insomnia but it was a less important issue that she got over as soon as she got married. This form of a disease is not that serious.

But very often we come across people from different walks of life like mothers, students, caretakers etc. suffer from insomnia. Their reasons for the disease can be different. These people actually bear a lot of mental stress due to their position of profession. If this stressful situation continues for a long time then they fear to become the victim of it.

You are advised to follow these remedies if you have a problem like this:

-Take exercise in regular manner. The exercise must provide you with the required physical labor and will ensure a deep sleep at night.

-Do not take caffeine after a certain period of time everyday as it works as a anti-agent to sleep.

-Try to express your stress to somebody or at least write it on apiece of paper. It will help you to ease your stress for a little while.

-Maintain a self-made time schedule and never try to break away from it.

-Go to your bed as soon as you feel tired and do not try to neglect it.

-Take melatonin which works as a natural sleep-aid. You are suggested to take 0.3 mg of this medicine to help yourself to sleep.

If you still notice its persistent nature, then go to a doctor and have his consultation. Tell him everything about your problem openly so that he can suggest you the best of medicines.
