Create a Dog-Friendly Environment
Dogs and puppies are lovable things at your home but you have to be careful about the wastes they make. From foods to garments, from toys to accessories, you will be frustrated if you cannot control them to continue creating wastes. The heap of garbage that gathers at the backyard of your house or the local bin will become enormous within a few weeks and then you have to plan to remove those in a safer place.
Have you ever thought how many bags you have used to clean up your dog? Not only that, food bags also add to the pile of garbage. Using plastic bags can increase the problem as these are not at all bio-degradable. Wastes may be created every time you take them out for a walk, you keep them at home for playing with toys or giving them food and many more. The types and number of bags both can create the concern. You should use bags which you can use at least twice. That will reduce the wastage in turn.
Use bags which are bio-degradable. You need to use organic foods for better choice because it will neither create garbage nor will it damage the environment. Doggie waste bags made of corns are of great use. You can even try for something more creative and useful.
Consider the type of food you are buying; you can try to mix doggie food with ours so that top provide them with little variety. That way you can also save a good amount of money from being spent. Buying foods in larger quantity will also reduce the number of bags leading to rising of less wastage materials.
Buy toys which are edible so that these are used up completely and generate no wastage. These are as good as balls or ropes which hardly can add to garbage. Eco-clothing is also a wise choice for your pets. Organically made cotton t-shirts are very useful for them. Just consider the source while buying for them. Recyclable materials are always good for your home and environment. Like our human necessities, you will also have to do errands for your pet dogs. Be free of wastage after all!
