The foods that we eat have a direct influence on our health. If you eat something which is not light and easily-digestible, you may suffer from the side-effects. It is always advised that your food habits should always be good, light and healthy. If you are eating to satisfy the requirements of your tongue, then it is bound to give you troubles. The food that is friendly to your stomach can only be enjoyable for you as it does not contain anything harmful and is easily digestible.
Sometimes your favorite food item contains something very harmful, which you are completely ignorant of. They contain things like calories, sugar and fats. These ingredients of the food stuff are good but over-eating of them can also cause you severe health hazards.
Here is list of food stuff which is good and recommendable for one and all:
Ice Cream: You should avoid one pint Ben and Jerry’s chocolate chip and can opt one cup Turkey Hill Low-fat Moose tracks ice cream. Thus you can ignore 1,040 calories with 280 calories.
Pizza: It is advisable to you to avoid taking two New York slices of pizza. Instead, you can take a pizza made by yourself. Thus, you can avoid huge amount of calories and fats.
Chips: Potato chips are very harmful for your body. You can replace this with soybean chips. Potato chips have 160 calories in one ounce whereas soy chips have 110 calories along with some essential minerals.
Bread: Thomas’s white bread is very useful for your body. You can take bread with 2 spoonful peanut butter.
Burger: Replace bacon burger (334 calories) with turkey burger (1100 calories) with lettuce, onion and tomato ketchup.
Chicken wings: You can start taking parched chicken with a hot sauce. It has 120 calories as against fried chicken wings which has 720 calories.
Fries: To have the taste of fries, you can take boiled sweet potato fries instead of large French fries. You can avoid huge calories in this way.
Pasta: Try to take whole wheat elbow macaroni along with 2 tablespoonful parmesan cheese. Avoid traditional macaroni and cheese which contain 880 calories.
