Along with the increase of hectic lifestyle and work pressure obesity is increasing at an alarming rate not only among the inhabitants of the first world countries but it is also on the rise among the people of the third world. As if these were not enough we have now several diet scams revealing its ugly face day after day. From miraculous weight loss to absurd diets they have got everything.

However desperate to lose the evidences of their dietary sins people are so very eager they fall prey to these scams and do more harm to their body. However those of you are conscious of the fact always keep in mind the discussed points to realise the fake dietary plans.

Have Patience:

There is no immediate cure of weight loss. It should be achieved by a judicious combination of diet and regular exercise. Just as you have not gained weight in one day you cannot lose it in one day. So be patient and committed.

Say No to Pills:

Increase the metabolism of the body by regular cardio vascular exercise and light nutritious food. The body type of every person is different and the diet plans should be different. There is no single formula to lose weight. Also the pills may contain harmful drugs like Ephedra, which may even cause death. Some of the pills even hamper the carbohydrate absorption by the bosy and hence creates disorder in the formal functioning of the body.

Fake Diets:

Avoid diet schemes consisting of only one food. No food can provide all the vital nutrients of the  body and hence may make you weak and give rise to side effects.

Water:

Water as we all know is often called the best medicine it helps to flush off the toxins. Drink plenty of water instead of expensive slim tea.

Do not fall prey to quick results and extremities. Maintain a fine balance.
