Dieting for Beauty and Health
Today we can find a lot of people obsessed with dieting. They usually do dieting more for external beauty than for their health and often wait eagerly for the result of dieting without enjoying it. In this process they simply ignore their inner beauty and put emphasize on their outer image. But the dieting must be done for health of the body rather than for the image of the body.
You can certainly get the best result from dieting if we become happy with what we are. If we only run after a perfect image of us we should get nothing but depression. And this depression becomes more acute when it is relates to the weight problems. We usually get more depressed when we loose our control over our body weight. But if we try to find happiness within our inner soul, don’t become obsessed with the image we used to have or the image we want to have, then depression surely can not do any harm to us.
It is difficult but not impossible to get rid of our obsession. Whatever may be your size 0 or 9 try to keep yourself fit and consult your physician before starting a dieting so that he/ she can show you the best possible ways of dieting for you.
Let the primary goal of your dieting be the quest for hidden beauty within yourself. Don’t try to be someone else through your dieting. Instead try to balance your own self and your aimed self so that you can achieve a healthy mind as well as body to lead a wise life. Do not forget that it is not the perfect body or perfect image that makes you a worthy citizen. Your worth lies in your intelligence and in your self-awareness. Be confident, face the person you are and don’t step into the showy traps of the showy things.
