Dieting
A beautifully sculpted figure is every girl’s dream but often due to the hectic lifestyle and irregular food habit we tend to gain weight and often this keep on increasing as due to lack of free time we never ever mange to hit the gym. Bulky figure and excess weight not only spoil your beauty but may also cause life threatening diseases like high pressure, blood sugar and these often give rise to several other complications and problems like arterial and heart blockage, kidney failure etc. Many women also complain about the severe physical problems and malnutrition while on a strict diet and these things make the situation more complicated. However we often tend to forget that often with minimum discipline and very light and no strain diet we can lose weight and stay healthy.
For dieting you must be aware of certain biological facts. Women need about 2300 calories per day and they also tend to lose bone calcium along with age. So you must always keep these in mind while choosing the diet plan. For a typical working woman the day should start with a glass of milk, cereals or grains and a few biscuits. Do not starve yourself while dieting and always keep cream cracker biscuits with you so that you can satisfy your hunger without indulging in the calorie rich pizzas. Remember one thing, most of the women fail to get results because they tend to over eat after a few days and get back to the same position where from they had started. The lunch and the dinner should be really light consisting of pulses, roti, a cup of curd and salad. Fruits like cucumbers, papaya, apple, pomegranates are less in sugar and are full of essential vitamins and nutrients. Remember one thing a little abstinence can save you from lots of troubles.
