The celebrities or models, rather the people in show business have a relatively short career span and this short lived career tends to be extremely intense and stressful. Their work demands them to be constantly on the move, with spotlights and back to back flights, to travel a destination half-the world away for photo shoots.

The constant need of vigilance towards their looks, may it be a singer, model, musician, or actor, makes it a must for them to be in a check for their weight. They all seem to follow the same path of weight loss and controlled diets.

Now the question comes, how? What is the secret behind this elite group of the society losing pounds, or getting chiseled as and when required!

For example, how did our well known Governor of California, Mr. Arnold Schwarzenegger, look the way he did in the third sequel of the highly popular series of “The Terminator-Rise of the Machines”.

Today we will try to explore some of the weight loss or fitness regimes our celebrity’s practice.

Let’s have a look at our lady with a million dollar buttock. Yes, you guessed it right, the famous Jennifer Lopez.

According to Jennifer, she fights to be fit with the help of regular exercises followed by a completely balanced diet. She follows the basic rule of, moderate everything. Her alcohol consumption is nil, according to her, when she is aiming to loose weight, she reduces her carbohydrate intake.

JLO, as the world knows her by, includes a regular routine of cardio with weight resistance, as a part of her life.

We can also have a short look into the routine followed by our very own, Mrs. Smith, AKA Lara Croft, AKA Angelina Jolie.

She has a simple and basic routine of a high quality diet incorporating rich sources of protein, like fish, and lean meat, followed by a large amount of water consumption everyday, to detoxify the system.

Well that is a fair enough example of some basic ways to get into that lean-mean look, sported by our celebrities. Consume more, by eating less at a time and for multiple times all day.
