A healthy and balanced diet is a very important thing for a body. It is very evident that fruits play a very significant role in the diet and among the fruits also pomegranates are really wonderful and exceptionally good. They are the best possible things that you can take in your diet everyday.

Pomegranates are very good and rich source of vitamin C and are also proven immunity booster. Just take one pomegranate everyday and your body will get nearly 16% of your advised intake. This wonderful fruit has more benefits for the human body:

This healthy fruit has a very good source of vitamin C but it also has a very good source of fiber. Arils pack about five grams per half cup-as long as you eat them with the seed. You can sprinkle them on the pancakes, cereals and frozen yoghurt.
