Eat To Beat Stress

The world we are living in these days is full of odd situations that give rise to those conditions that increase the stress in life. Whether you be at home or at your work place, you will surely find yourself pondering upon something that is effecting your life on any possible issue.
If you are really going through in such a condition, the first thing that you should do ids to avoid any talks that prevents you from eating. Today the doctors and other who have even the slightest of idea of health and its hazards advise you to ‘eat to beat stress.’
Whenever you undergo a situation that increases the stress on your mind and body, you must eat something to light the stress. Actually these conditions give rise to the blood pressure, heart disease and obesity. In those conditions, these yummy food stuff lessens the stress and counteracts to repair the damage that stress does to your body.
When the situation seems to go out of your control, take a handful of Almonds, pistachios and walnuts to reduce the stress as these dry fruits have a rich content of Vitamins A and B that holds you up from getting affected by it. These high potential foods look after the cardiovascular functions of your body. They reduce the blood pressure and maintain the blood pressure and heart disease.
Have faith in the old techniques and take a glass of warm-milk to reduce the stress that gives rise to insomnia and restlessness. You should take skimmed milk rather than the original cow milk as it has less fat which is good for the body.
Oats
Oats have rich fiber content which the stomach takes a little more time to digest. Judith Wurtman advises you to take oats with a bit of jam. This makes it easy-digestible. If you expect a certain day to be very hectic for you, then take appropriate measures to avoid this situation and get away from there.
Oranges
If you are going to attend an interview or going for a presentation, get yourself geared up with a glass of orange juice or just peal an orange. It contains a rich source of Vitamin B which helps you to relax and get accustomed to the heat and pressure mounting upon you. Orange is a well known immune system booster.
Salmon
Experts advise you to take salmon, mackerel or light tune at least twice a week to reduce the omega-3 fatty acids that are increased when you feel the stress. You are also advised to take any stuff that has DHA as it also reduces the blood pressure and makes you feel better.
Spinach
This blessed fruit has a very rich source of magnesium that serves you very effectively when you have headache or migraine. A lack of magnesium can make you suffer from severe headache and pain of migraine.
