Next to milk, egg is regarded as the best complete food available in the world today. Whether you are a child or an adult, woman or man, egg is for everybody. It has all the essential vitamins and minerals ranging from Vit A –B12 and is regarded as the health food for everybody. Egg has various usages. Take it boiled or along with sandwiches egg is always tasteful and healthy. The innumerable recipes can be prepared with egg and needless to say it is one of the favorite breakfast and dinner food of the people. Egg is always tasty but here are some ways to make it even more tasty and delicious:

Egg sandwiches:

Whether it is subway, McDonald or any other snacks parlor, egg is a must and why are we forgetting the eternal favorite EGG Sandwiches. You can also make it at home. The process is very simple and will only take a few minutes. Mix chopped boiled eggs with mayonnaise and add a sprinkle of pepper and have it as a sandwich fill. You can also fry like an omelet and then to it with onions, green chillies, cheese and another delicious sandwich fill is ready.

High Protein Body Building Material:

If you are into body building and heavy exercises then also egg can help you as the yolk is filled with high grade amino acids and the outer white is rich in Albumin that helps in improving eyesight. Mix three raw eggs in a glass of warm milk. Mix it well and have a refreshing power packed drink in the morning. You can also have egg half boiled. The soft warm yolk is nice in taste.

Egg With Chicken:

The deadly combo  and perhaps most important fillings of burgers and sandwiches. Those of you who do not like to have egg alone, mix boiled egg with boiled shredded chicken and then mix them well with sandwich spreads easily available in the market. You won’t easily forget the double taste burst.
