Complexities of the human life are increasing every moment and the man finds himself in such a helpless position that he is unable to take the right decision at the right time. There are certain diseases that confuse him even more as there is no effective treatment available for that disease.

Though the medical science has developed over the years and many alternative medicines have also become very popular, they are insufficient to meet the human miseries. At present many American natives are suffering from problems like wellness, prevention, weight control and stress management. They have reached a height of desperation that they have started to ignore the guidelines of saving them from these diseases.

It is at that moment, the connection between mind and body is necessarily felt which has been affecting the people since last three decades. The mind has the wisdom and it operates the body. We need to develop a new understanding of life where we must know what do we want from our life? And how our body is going to get it?

Before the answer to these question are given, let’s think what had you when you were born and what would you take away from here? Look at the following vision of life:

·You have a proper reason.
·You are in a communion with the whole life.
·Your awareness senses everything in life and it accepts purpose to change.
·There is a sense of bonding between you and your life.
·You observe all changes, including birth and demise, against the backdrop of immortality. No matter what is static is most genuine to you.
·You are open and observe everything with creativity.
·You try to change what is not traditional.

The concept of wellness and prevention has become quite difficult to start with as they are new and they need more time to spend with. We need overall vision for purpose and inspiration. We have found certain points that will give birth to a new concept. The following points are taken randomly from any religion and are free from all controversies:

·The body’s purpose is to support you in whatever you need to. This purpose is pure and selfless.
·Every cell of the body may have differences but their common goal is same and unchanged.
·Intelligence is equal for every part of the body and no specific part dominates in work or importance.
·The body always tries to accept whatever is new for it keeping a balance in it approach and creativity.
·The body is controlled by the Nature and evolution is the end product of this.
·Every cell is free and they do not struggle to remain free and alive.
·The body is the supreme and it expresses life at its most basic unit.

It is evident that body and mind are complementary to each other. They get the source of their existence from each other. This relationship is very extraordinary and is the base of life on this planet of ours.
