What is Health and Fitness?
Health and fitness goes hand in hand, just as a healthy person is a fit person, similarly a person inclined towards fitness is healthy as well. The question arising in everyone’s mind however, is bodybuilding necessary for fitness? As in, does fitness and bodybuilding go hand in hand as well?
The answer to this question is both no and yes. Although a holistic approach towards bodybuilding is not completely necessary for a fit body, but, practicing the same would surely yield better results. And yes, fitness and bodybuilding does go hand in hand, and bodybuilding done in a proper way with educated trainers, gives a hundred percent fit output.
The Basic Metabolic Rate
How? Let’s discuss. We all know that our metabolic rate, or “Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)”, plays a significant part in our keeping healthy. It helps us in maintaining our insulin levels, our digestive functionalities function successfully, as well our Blood Pressure remains at check. Now, if all these can be achieved by BMR speeding up. We can speed up this one constant factor by intense workouts. Some good cardio-trainings will result in a healthy and high heart rate, along with giving a good fat burning and muscle toning workout to ourselves.
Frequent Exercises
Frequent exercises are very important, if running is impossible then walk, if walking has its constraints then swim, And if a person is in a real bad shape, in that case fifteen minutes workout at least thrice every week, followed by five minutes add up in every session in the following weeks can work miracle. A lot of liquid consumption, especially water, may also lead to an additional benefit to fat burning. More water consumption speeds up the metabolism, along with removing toxic contents from the body.
Good Body Building Program
Following a good bodybuilding program, with a substantial amount of weight training and cardiovascular workouts combine, can be highly beneficial, in speeding up the recuperation or healing ability of the human body. An individual’s body is capable enough to make gains every week, if trained an given rest at a proper time inside the recovery cycle.
For example training our abdominals regularly, will not only work great at giving us that “washboard abs” look, but will also benefit us substantially in the long run to strengthen out waistline and hip joints.
Weight Training
Weight training our pectoral or chest muscles and legs will be highly beneficial in giving us long term goals in improving our heart rate. Thus fitness and bodybuilding does walk hand In hand in successfully giving us a better quality of life.
