1. Cod liver Oil: It is a rich source of Vitamin A. Vitamin A is said to aid in the lining of your digestive system. Often, fasting for a long stretch of time leads to acidity that erodes the lining of your digestive tract. This is where the cod liver oil comes to good use. Moreover, they are said to produce natural Vitamin D, which too aids in digestion.

2. Oats: Oats are a rich source of fiber. Experts believe that including fibrous food in your daily diet is extremely essential. The fibers help to burn calories and aid in digestion of the food. Moreover, oats are said to be a rich source of Manganese, Copper, vitamin E, Zinc and Folate.

3. Avocados: Avocados are rich in fiber and can help you to shed those extra kilos as fiber plays an important role in losing weight. The best part about this fruit is that it can be easily digested by both toddlers and adults. Moreover, avocado is believed to contain healthy raw fat, which is good for health.

4. Yukon gold potatoes and sweet potatoes: Not only are these rich in fiber but also have good amounts of Vitamin C and Manganese

5. Red beets and beet greens: Red beets are rich sources of Magnesium and Potassium, while beet greens are rich sources of Iron and Calcium. Both aid in curing constipation.
