Flutter Your Eyelashes
The eyelashes not only protect our eyes from dust and other harmful particles, they help us add emotion to our words with the way we flutter our eyelashes.
It is our duty to flatter this silent communicator with our greatest care to make them look immaculate, long and thick you don’t need to be born with long and thick eyelashes to be seductive; after all, it only takes is the touch of the magical wand of mascara.
Mascara adds magic for our eyelashes provided it is correctly applied. But, dried globs and clumping strands is enough to ruin the effect. To avoid this, apply it to the bottom of the lashes with your mascara wand and then wiggle the wand a little. Then, carefully brush your mascara to the tips of the lashes using a lash comb.
Smudging also destroys the mascara effect. To prevent this, apply powder first on your lower eyelids and then put on the mascara.
You can make your lashes look thicker by applying a second coat of mascara, but better do it well before the first coat dries up. Else you will witness the clumping of the lashes. Also, do not use the lash curlers after putting on the mascara, and try to get the curlers pre heated.
While applying mascara, we often miss out the lashes at the corners. To make sure that you have all your lashes fully cared for, better use a short and thin mascara wand. These types allow you reach those corners; they also give you extra control.
Keep your mascara wands clean every time, because clean wands always give the best results. To clean it, apply some makeup remover, and then use soap and water to wash. Dry the wand first before storing it. Remember, a clean wand will also keep your eyes healthy and less irritated.
