Our body posture is very important for our health and look as well. A good posture keeps back pain, spine related problems, arthritis, spondylosis away from you. Moreover, a makes you confident and you will also feel comfortable from within. Standing straight will also make you appear thinner. If you have to work in front of a computer or any other machine at a stretch, you are supposed to take extra care for spine and back muscles. Gradually, you will feel difficulty to straighten your body, low back pain may also start. Take care to get rid of deformed posture.
Your must change your sitting arrangement while working. The chair should proper in shape so that your back does not ache due to obstruction, lump or bad inclination. Using a foot rest while you work is a good option. Lift yourself up take a stroll for a while after working for an hour or two at a stretch. That will help your muscles to relax and allow blood circulation to be in correct flow in back and shoulder muscles. Stretching hands and moving shoulders are very good for keeping right posture.
You may also do a good practice to keep your posture straight. For this, you need to stand in support with the wall. Do this for ten minutes in minimum in a day in the beginning. Support your back against the wall during your standing position. Stretching your body in upward direction will be beneficial until you can put yourself in a straight line. Doing yoga regularly can also do wonder for you. The exercise that you will practice will make your spine elongated and allow it to relax.
Move your muscles and let them do some action. Do some exercise for your upper arm and shoulder, too. Your spine requires adjustments for your straightened posture. If you imagine a straight line between the bottom of your spine and centre of your skull, your vertebrae should be along the line for a good posture. Strengthen the muscles and allow them to keep you straight. You can distinguish your straight posture from a stooping posture very soon.
